Hello, I am Eunice from PropNex.

 

Being a real estate professional, I have helped many of my clients to achieve their needs in property upgrading, downsizing, relocating, investing, property restructuring to achieve passive income, financial freedom and capital appreciation. From renting to selling to buying, i work hand-in-hand with my clients to understand their needs, financial assessment before crafting out a feasible plan for them. 

Prior to joining the real estate industry, I was a senior business analyst and project manager in insurance and IT industry. Dealing with massive data, numbers & various figures are one of my key expertise and this has greatly helped me in my day-to-day real estate work when conducting the real estate analysis with the clients. In addition to that, I ensure that my client is well-taken care of with timely updates, progress when i walk along with them on their real estate journey. Nothing beats by seeing the smiles on my clients and this is why I am persistent to this career and will definitely strive to fight for the best interest for my clients.
